Instruction For Mutation of Properties Falls Within Inside Notified Bazar Area.

  1. The applicant should be submitted prescribed notice U/S 73 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (available in this office) alongwith attested copies of following documents.
    • CNIC
    • Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Fard, Lease Deed, Heirship Certificate, Court orders or any other titled document
  2. After necessary scrutiny of titled documents and publication of advertisement in daily newspapers, the case will be placed before the Bazar Committee / Board for approval.
  3. After approval of Board, mutation letter will be issued to applicant.

Note: Without depositing outstanding dues of Property Tax, Water Charges, Lease Rent etc, no application / notice will be entertainable by this office.

Instruction for Conversion of Old Grant Rights / Cantt Code Lease into Regular Leases.

In this regard, Govt of Pakistan issued Old Grant Policy in the year 2007 for conversion of these properties into regular leases and earlier the extension of said policy will be expired on 31-12-2022.

Procedure For Apply and Approval of Building Plan.

  1. A,B Form available in CBCARE.
  2. Attested CNIC copy of owner. 
  3. 02 pictures of Plot / House. 
  4. Fresh Fard. 
  5. True certified copy of Intiqal / Registries. 
  6. Stamp paper regarding surrendering of Road share.
  7. CD (Soft copy) of Building Plan. 
  8. One Building Plan on tracing Cloth + 04 ammonia papers. 
  9. NOC from neighborhood of surrounding area regarding Basement construction (In case of Basement is involved)
  10. Receipt of TIP Tax.
  11. Soil test / Stability report (Only for Commercial Buildings).
  12. Structural Analysis report / Structural Drawing (Only for Commercial Buildings).
  13. Fire Fighting Drawing / Emergency Exit (Only for Commercial Buildings).

Procedure For Monitoring and Control of Construction Activities

  • In order to monitor / checking of Cantt area CB Abbottabad has been divided into 05 Sectors in each & every sectors detailed 01 BC & 01 SDM.
  • Every Building Checker is responsible to maintain daily progress report in progress register in which they submit daily progress on construction activities within the area of their responsibility. 
  • Building Checker is also responsible to inspect the building and un-authorized construction carried out upto the DPC level under the supervision of building control cell. 
  • Building Checker irresponsible to check the site on daily basis and take picture and added into the daily progress register. 
  • Building Checker is also responsible to check the encroachment and change of purpose, other illegal activities taken place in his respective area of responsibility and report mut be forwarded to building control cell for necessary action.
